Chicken Broccoli Crepes

2 Tbs butter
2 Tbs flour
1 C chicken broth
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 C grated cheddar cheese
1 C sour cream
3 C Chicken, cooked and cut into pieces
1 10 oz frozen broccoli or 2 C fresh
12 Crepes

Over medium heat melt butter in small saucepan, stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Add broth and worcesteshire sauce, cook stirring until thickened. Add 1 C cheese. Empty sour cream into med bowl, gradually add hot cheese sauce stirring constantly. Place crepes in large baking dish fill with chicken and steamed broccoli. Spoon sauce over each, fold crepes over and pour remaining sauce over all. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 min.

Crepes

2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 C milk
1 C flour
1 Tbs cooking oil
1/4 tsp salt

Beat above ingredients till mixed well, cook with Crepe maker or in lightly greased hot skillet 2 Tbs at a time. Makes 18 Crepes
