Fajitas

2 chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1/2 onion
Peppers
Fajita seasoning mix
water

Heat skillet and cook chicken. Add sliced onion and pepper. Mix seasonings with water
and pour over top. Cook on low heat until peppers are tender. Serve inside warm tortillas. Top with fresh tomatoes, cheese and sour cream.

Tortillas

Mix
2 C flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt

Cut in 1/4 C shortening

boil 2 C water
add just enough water to above mixture to make a soft dough.
Let raise for 20 min.
Roll out paper thin.
Cook on pan about 250 degrees
