1 13 oz Can Chicken Broth
1 C Chopped Onion
1 C diced Celery
2 C diced Potatoes
3/4 C Butter
1/2 C flour
Pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 Pint Half and Half
1 Pint Milk
1/2 C Cheese
Saute onion and celery until brown, add Chicken broth, salt, pepper and potatoes. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cook vegetables till tender. Make a white sauce with remaining ing. Bring to a boil and then add to vegetables.
