2-3 lb.rump roast
2 Cans (14 1/2oz) beef consomme'
4-6 kaiser or hoggie buns
Place roast in large slowcooker.
Pour consommé over. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or high 5-7 hrs. Shread roast, melt pepper Jack cheese on buns. Fry onions, green and red pepper strips to go on as well. Dip in au jus.
