1 Lg can peaches
1/2 C Sugar
1 white cake mix
3/4 C butter melted
1 C chopped nuts
Drain peach juice into saucepan, add sugar, bring to a boil and boil for 1 min. Spread peaches in a 9 X 13 pan, pour boiled juice and sugar mixture on top of peaches. Next sprinkle cake mix over peaches, top with melted butter and nuts. Bake at 350 for 45 min. Cool and serve with vanilla ice cream.
