1 C Plus 3 Tbs all purpose flour
1 C long cooking oats uncooked
3/4 C brown sugar packed
1/2 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
3/4 C butter melted
1 C Chocolate Chips
1/2 C nuts
coconut
3/4 C caramel ice cream topping
Mix together first 6 ingredients. Press half of mixture into a greased 9x13 dish. Bake @ 350 for 10 min. Next sprinkle chocolate chips & nuts over top. In a small mixing bowl combine caramel topping and remaining flour. Drizzle over chocolate chips. I love mine with the nuts and some coconut sprinkled on top but I have to do half and half cause I have picky kids! Sprinkle remaining brown sugar mixture on top and bake an additional 15 to 20 min. Cut into bars
