Potato rolls

2 Cups very warm water
1 1/2 Tbs SAF yeast or 1 Tbs regular
2/3 C sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C butter
0-2 eggs
1 C warm mashed potatoes
7 C flour

Mix together. Knead a few minuets, let rise 10-15 min. Shape, let rise 10-15 min. Bake at 400 for 15 min. 375 for cinnamon rolls. Makes 2 dozen large dinner rolls, 20 giant cinnamon rolls.
