Heather's Vegetables

2 Regular potatoes
2 Sweet potatoes
2 large carrots
1/2 large Red onion
3 cloves fresh Garlic
1/2 lb Green beans
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
salt
pepper
3 Tbs olive oil

Cut vegetables up and mix together in a bowl; add olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread into greased baking pan. Roast in oven at 450 for 20-25 min. Turn temp. down to 375 and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15 more min.
