1/2 C butter
1 1/2 C sugar
2 mashed bananas
2 eggs
3/4 C sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 C flour
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
Mix first six ingredients together and then dry together. Add dry mixture to wet, mix and pour into a greased cookie sheet pan.
Bake at 350 15-20 min
Cool and frost with a vanilla or cream cheese frosting.
