Italian Cheese Bread

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbs quick rise yeast
1 cup warm water
1 Tbs olive oil

Topping

1/4 c Italian salad dressing
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
dash of pepper
1 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Combine first four ingredients. Combine water and oil; add to flour mixture. Turn onto floured surface and knead for 1-2 min. Place in greased bowl turning once. Cover and let rise in a warm place till double in size. Stretch dough onto pizza stone. Brush with salad dressing. Combine seasonings and sprinkle over top. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake at 450 for 15 min or until golder brown. Cut and serve warm.
