Chicken Noodle Soup

Chicken Broth

1 Whole Chicken
2 Stocks celery
1 large onion
3 large Carrots

2 Tbs Chicken Boullion
2 tsp Celery salt
2 tsp lowers seasoning salt
Fresh ground pepper
Salt
Bay leafs

Place first 4 ingredients in crock pot. Fill half full with water. Mix seasonings into 3 Cups water and add to crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs.

When Chicken is done take it out, pull off all the meat, cut up and store in fridge. Strain broth and place back in crock pot with bones from chicken. Cook for 1 hr and then throw bones away and put broth in fridge over night. Next day warm broth, add vegetables, cook for 45 min. Add 3 handfuls of noodles, Add chicken and seasonings.
