Whole Wheat Pizza dough
2 1/2 C whole wheat flour
1 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 C comfortably hot water 120-130 degrees
2 Tbs grape seed oil
1/4 C flax seeds, ground
Mix 2 Cups flour and salt in medium bowl. In small bowl mix sugar and water, sprinkle yeast over water and let sit a few minutes. Add yeast mixture to flour along w/ oil. Mix well. Add remaining flour as needed to make a soft dough. Knead 5 min, let rest 5 min, roll out and placed on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 5 min before adding other ingredients.
Sauce
1/2 Tbs grape seed oil or olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 can tomato sauce
1 Tbs Classico sun dried tomatoes
